Dr. Marvine Hamner is a seasoned executive and educator with over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, systems engineering, and data science. She is the Founder and President of LeaTech, LLC, and currently serves as a Visiting Associate Professor in the Data Analytics program at McDaniel College. Her distinguished career spans collaborations with institutions such as the National Academies of Science, the U.S. Institute of Peace, and the World Bank.

Dr. Hamner played a pivotal role as the Industry Representative on NASA’s High-Speed Research program, earning multiple recognitions for her contributions. She has also supported disaster response initiatives, including efforts following Hurricane Katrina, during her time at the Institute for Crisis, Disaster, and Risk Management. An Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Dr. Hamner holds degrees from M.I.T. (B.S.), Purdue University (M.S.), and Washington University in St. Louis (D.Sc.). Her current research interests include healthcare informatics and computational neuroscience.

Erwin Lenhardt is a seasoned international business executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in business development and technology across IT services, telecommunications, and industrial automation. He has held senior positions at global companies including Daimler Benz, Heidelberg Printing, Siemens, and Deutsche Telekom.

With a strong network spanning Europe, North America, and Asia, Erwin has also served on multiple advisory boards, including those in the SAP banking consultancy space. In addition to his corporate expertise, he contributes to non-profit work through honorary board roles with organizations such as Youth for Christ (YFC), which focuses on youth development and Christian values.

Erwin holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, and an M.B.A. from Union College, USA. As a member of Datamation International’s Advisory Board, he provides strategic guidance and supports the group’s global growth initiatives.
