I. e-Governance Program Management Experience:
*India Country Development Gateway Portal : The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Govt. of India: The India Country Development Gateway pilot portal was  planned and bids were invited as well as RFPs made since Dataamation was assigned by the World Bank and the Govt. of India the responsibility of technical evaluation and benchmarking of  various portal technologies including development of the pilot portals.

The pilot portal used standard tools offered in free ware such as XML database AIDA proprietary to the Development Gateway Foundation and web server technologies such as Apache.  The development of the pilot portal was spread over a period of six months and Hindi front end apart from back-end processing capabilities including search capabilities were incorporated in the same.

*National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology : For a leading Hotel Management Institute - National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, an interactive portal was planned after holding six month long extensive discussions with all stakeholders. Hindi search and retrieval capabilities were introduced in HYPERLINK "http://www.nchmct.org " www.nchmct.org has been operating successfully for past three years. The portal has been developed using application server Tomcat.

*Planning and Development for the Udayan Care Udayan Care is a New Delhi based Voluntary organization committed to sustainable social development working with the disadvantaged child.  HYPERLINK "http://www.udyancare.org" www.udyancare.org has been developed in free ware.

*India Female Foeticide—Selective Sex Abortions: Planning and development for the  portal  HYPERLINK "http://www.indiafemalefoeticide" www.indiafemalefoeticide. org advocates greater gender equality apart from  encourages the citizens to stop female foeticide.

*Development of the E-Services driven Community Multi-Media Centers in the Seelampur-Zaffrabad area for UNESCO; based on extensive project development and  planning.

**Sanitation Survey in all Urban Local Bodies of Karnataka for the Department of Municipal Administration (Govt. of Karnataka).

** Sanitation and Safai Karmachari Survey within all wards of the Bruhat  Bengaluru  Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).

**Survey of the coverage of the establishments under the Employee State Insurance Scheme (ESIC) and assessing the gaps and also rating the cities was conducted for ESIC in Kerala, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and MP

** Survey and assessment of the Slum Development schemes under the IHSDP scheme for the SUDA, UP for Deoria and Mau towns. The Detailed Project Report on the Urban Infrastructure including Sanitation was appraised by HUDO and other agencies of the UP Govt. and finally approved by the MuD, Govt. of India.

**Baseline Study and of Urban livelihoods initiatives affecting the urban poor of the Seelampur-Zaffrabad cluster in the National Capital Region (NCR) for the Department of Social Welfare-Govt. of Delhi as part of the `Stree-Shakti’ program me. **Implementation of the Innovative Health Scheme initiative of the World Bank; on behalf of the UPHSDP. .

**Assessment and evaluation of the implementation of the capacity-building initiatives of the HIV/AIDS training programs imparted to various workers of the State AIDS Agencies. Standard guidelines mandated by NACO for their training programs were implemented by Datamation in the evaluations.

**Evaluation of the Training programs of the District level authorities on the implementation of the PNDT Act for controlling the incidence of PBEF for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
**Sustainability Impact assessment and evaluation of the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) implementation in few districts of West Bengal for UNICEF.

**Monitoring of working of the ANM and Anganwadi workers working with the ICDS Department of the Govt. of West Bengal on behalf of UNICEF.

**Operational review of `Catholic Relief Services'--a voluntary American organization supporting USAID’s Food for Work program.  The  review involved study at CRS's  zonal  office  level, counterparts  and operating partners levels spread all  over  India. The    assignment    also   included    recommending    restructured organizational models that would result in sustainable development.

**Sustainability, Impact assessment and evaluation of  Vitamin A-Profilixis Nutrition on Pre-school as well as Childhood Mortality and Morbidity on behalf of the Ford Foundation conducted by the Department of Paediatrics & Health, Banaras Hindu University.  Several Datamation Resources were associated with the project. **Assessment and Evaluation of the low cost sanitation schemes in the Karnataka state and also assessment of the manual scavengers within the state for the Department of Municipal Administration, Govt. of Karnataka.

**Sustainability evaluation of the Accelerated rural water supply scheme (ARWSP) hand pump evaluation in the state of Bihar.

**Sustainability evaluation of the `Indira Gandhi Rural Drinking Water Supply scheme’ for the Public Health Engineering Department-Govt. of Haryana.

 X. Micro and Small Enterprises, Handicrafts, Handloom sector;
 
**The Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) commissioned project aimed at examining and evaluating the working of the KVIC Institutions particularly 7,800 village production and sales outlets located in the rural areas. The project covered review of the fast-moving items, slow-moving items, how much inventory of Khadi & Other products is being maintained in the Bhawans; the Human Resource Profile, Financial & Accounting Practices, Automation and Modernization carried out in the outlets.  

**Karnataka Handloom Development Corporation Ltd-The Project entailed preparation of a detailed marketing strategy for KHDC whose flagship brand `Priyadarshini’ has been stagnating despite presence of a large number of outlets (40+) all over the state and outside. Datamation undertook development of a complete marketing strategy for KHDC, apart from developing a brand strategy. Sick outlets were identified for closure, fast & slow selling items were identified. Appropriate packaging and sizing for various items was determined. SWOT of the Brand was carried out and Brand valuation was done as well.

Retail outlets mapping and Retail logistics has been a key component of our work with KHDC.

**Khadi and Village Industries Commission-Under the aegis of this project; we undertook brand evaluation of more than top 100 Khadi and Village items sold from various retail outlets of KVIC. The Brand valuation also included products such as Sandal soap, shampoo, agarbattis (incense stick), pickles, khadi & polyvastra and others. The KVIC outlets were also surveyed. Retail Mapping and Retail logistics has been a key component of our deliverables.

**Madhya Pradesh Hasta Shilpa Evam Hatkargha Nigam Ltd. –The project entailed review of the current positioning of the handloom products made in the Saunsar cluster, and also development of a marketing strategy, retail sale of the handloom products and their packaging was undertaken by Datamation.

**Development Commissioner (Handicrafts)-Govt. of India sponsored Artisan census-2009 was executed in three regions of the country viz. Western Region, Southern Region and the North East Region. The project is expected to cover more 500,000 artisans.
